Kids Mindfulness & Movement is happening Sunday, March 29th at 3:00pm right here at Sacred Bloom.

This is a gentle, joyful, and playful experience designed especially for children, where they get to explore mindfulness, movement, and the magic of simply being present. Through age-appropriate activities, breathwork, movement, and play, we'll help your little ones build tools they can carry with them long after they leave the room.

Teaching children how to breathe through big emotions, move their bodies with intention, and find stillness — that's one of the greatest gifts we can give them. 🤍
