Family Soundbath

One of my favorite things we get to do here at Sacred Bloom is create experiences that the whole family can share together. 🤍

Our Family Soundbath is happening Saturday, March 28th at 11am and we are opening our doors to all ages — little ones included. This is a gentle, playful, and meditative experience where families get to explore, play, and relax together in the healing vibrations of sound.

Kids are naturally drawn to the bowls. There's something about the sound that just settles them — and honestly, it settles the grown-ups too. It's one of those rare experiences where everyone in the family gets something they need.

Whether your little one is full of energy or your family just needs a slow, sweet morning together — this is the perfect way to spend a Saturday. No experience needed. No pressure. Just come as you are. 🌿
