Our Awakening Soundbath is returning to Sacred Bloom on Saturday, March 14th at 10:30am and this is honestly one of the most restorative things you can do for yourself.
You don't have to do anything. You don't have to perform or show up perfectly. You just come, find your spot, get comfortable, and let the vibration of the singing bowls do what words never quite can — reach the deep places, quiet the noise, and bring your whole nervous system back to peace.
