7-week Chakra Journey - Sacral Chakra

Over seven weeks, we’ll dive into each chakra in a weekly group session designed to help you understand, balance, and transform your energy centers.

Each one-hour gathering includes:

✨ A discussion on the featured chakra—what it feels like when blocked, how it might show up physically in your body when unbalanced, and how to recognize its flow once it’s open. We’ll also share simple practices to keep it balanced at home.

🎶 Then we’ll end with a 30-minute sound-guided meditation using a chakra-specific sound bowl to deepen your experience.
